The process of cleaning the pneumatic cylinders piston rod can refer to the following steps:

Add a small amount of hydraulic oil to the pneumatic cylinders and move it back and forth several times at low speed to exhaust the air inside the pneumatic cylinders.
Pour an appropriate amount of molybdenum disulfide lubricating grease into the guide sleeve of the piston rod again, and move the piston rod back and forth several times to evenly distribute the lubricating grease on the surface of the piston rod.
When cleaning hydraulic pneumatic cylinderss or pipelines, special attention should be paid not to damage the threads at the top of the piston rod, the pneumatic cylinders port threads, and the surface of the piston rod.
It is strictly prohibited to hit the pneumatic cylinders barrel and piston surface with a hammer. If there is damage to the pneumatic cylinders bore and piston surface, sandpaper is not allowed to be used for polishing, and fine oil stones should be used for careful grinding.
The hydraulic pneumatic cylinders and surrounding environment should be kept clean, and the oil tank should be sealed to avoid pollution. The pipelines and fuel tanks should be cleaned to avoid scattered iron oxide scales and other debris. Clean with a lint-free cloth or special paper. It is not possible to use hemp thread and adhesive as sealing materials.
According to the design requirements, pay attention to the changes in oil temperature and oil pressure for hydraulic oil. When empty, unscrew the exhaust bolt to stop exhaust.
