The high-pressure solenoid valve is divided into two structural principles, direct-acting and pilot-operated. The superiorly designed three-dimensional sealing structure can be flexibly matched with different sealing materials, and the valve can reach zero leakage. High-pressure solenoid valves can be divided into brass solenoid valves and stainless steel solenoid valves according to their materials.

Structural features
Pilot diaphragm type, maximum pressure 50bar
Compact design, exquisite and beautiful, low temperature rise, no noise, zero leakage
Fast action response, high frequency, reliable quality
If the medium contains impurities, a filter must be installed in front of the valve (the filter screen is greater than or equal to 80 mesh/cm2); and there is no solidification or crystal phenomenon.

Working principle
Normally closed: When the coil is energized, the pilot spool is closed, the pilot hole is opened, the upper cavity of the valve is relieved, the piston is pushed by the medium pressure in the lower cavity, and the solenoid valve opens; when the coil is de-energized, the pilot spool is reset by the spring, and the pilot The hole is closed, the upper cavity of the valve is pressurized by the piston throttle hole and the thrust of the return spring, and the solenoid valve is closed.
Normally open: When the coil is energized, the pilot hole is closed, the upper cavity of the valve is pressurized by the piston orifice and the thrust of the return spring, and the solenoid valve is closed. When the coil is de-energized, the pilot valve core is reset by the spring, the pilot hole is opened, the upper cavity of the valve is relieved, the piston is pushed by the medium pressure in the lower cavity, and the solenoid valve opens.
